Herman and Russo represented us in a Chapter 7 recently, and they did a great job of explaining the process to us, letting us know what to expect, and providing additional information and guidance even after our discharge. It's not a "fun" experience to go through a bankruptcy proceeding, but having someone that returned calls and emails with reasonable explanations that we could understand made a tough time in our lives bearable. Something that continues to impress me is that they still respond in a timely manner to inquiries even though our case was finalized months ago.
