They were more than willing to go above and beyond to help me after being falsely accused of sexual assault, i.e. sexual abusive contact. They were fairly priced since we all know as military it is hard sometimes financially. Their work helping to assist with the investigation and their prompt actions is what made the difference versus waiting on JAG with little experience as defense and not trying to handle things myself which could have been used against me. They were even able to get me home after being on legal hold in a foreign country while TAD to a unit for support. Their work identifying the flaws in reports, lies in statements, and outlining the important facts of the case helped to clear my name. Their help with making the right choices or even hard ones was beneficial because, yes I honestly believe they could have 100% won a court martial or separation board! However, for me I unfortunately didn’t have the financial funds at this time and made the decision to not risk a felony conviction especially if I couldn’t have them in my corner. But they did help me prep for NJP and were honest that it is a 95-97 percent conviction rate by CO’s. But they still helped me prepare my case and were even prepared to appeal based on the evidence we had from the investigation for unjust causes, but the hard work from Robert and Joshua paid off and the charges were dismissed! They helped show none of it was creditable, while highlighted the many lies or false statements from the accusers and the military police. Maintaining my rights was the smartest thing I could have done and trusting them when they say listen. I plan to still use them to help fight the titling action, but I would highly recommend them to anyone. They actually care about you and your future as a client. They saved my career and couldn’t be more thankful!
