Mickey Williams was EXCELLENT. My college-aged student was being verbally harassed and physically intimidated by a faculty member. We engaged Mickey to advise us of our options and assist us with lodging our complaints against the faculty member. He immediately set about collecting witness statements, determining legal strategies, and advocating for our student with college representatives. Throughout the process, Mickey was always available for phone calls to answer our questions and address our concerns. We are delighted with the outcome of our case and are grateful that our student’s rights and safety have been preserved.

I found Robert Capovilla of Capovilla & Williams from a youtube video on ROTC dis-enrollment. I called the office and left a message. I was surprised Robert called me personally later the same day. He provided a great detail of information regarding my personal situation and followed up with an email incase I forgot something. I gathered all the information I had and forwarded it to him. Unfortunately for me the situation was too far along to bring his firm in help. What is amazing is he told me that. He could have charged me and then told me there was nothing they could do at this point. Yet he was honest about where we were in the process and it was too far along. I offered to compensate his firm for the amount of time he already invested into me but he declined. This is truly a classy and professional firm. I feel he listened to me and gave me the guidance and information I needed to hear. I feel truly fortunate to have come across their law firm. If you use them, you will be too.
