If there were 100 stars I would give them all! After being falsely accused of a crime, I knew I needed the best to represent me. After countless calls to what seemed like hundreds of firms, it was clear within five minutes of talking to Rob Capavilla that I would pay anything for his representation. Any question I had; answered. As I was describing the situations leading up to the false allegations, Rob was in my ear spouting out military regulation violations imposed on me by my accusers. With deep, deliberate and meticulous cross examination Rob successfully broke the wall of lies formed by a battalion level commander a company commander and my accuser. Rob not only identified unlawful command influence he proved its existence in my trial without a reasonable doubt. I truly believe that if it weren’t for Rob Capavilla’s superior knowledge of law and dedication to his clients I would have been charged and convicted of a crime that I was falsely accused of.

My wife and I hired Robert and the Law office of Capovilla & Williams to defend our son who was wrongfully accused of a serious crime. We found Roberts law firm Capovilla & Williams through an internet search. The Law office of Capovilla & Williams was highly recommended and their fees were very reasonable when compared to other law offices. We spoke to Robert over the phone and we had a lot of questions for him, as you can imagine my wife and I were very worried and concerned about our son and his future. Robert patiently took us through the legal process concerning the accusation against our son. Robert was very upfront and straightforward with us and did not sugarcoat the serious nature of the accusation and what it could mean for our son. Robert insured us that his law firm would put on the very best case for our son and that is exactly what they did. Our son fortunately was never criminally charged, but the Air Force decided to issue our son a Letter of Reprimand and to administratively separate him through a separation board with the recommendation of an other than honorable discharge. Robert and the team at Capovilla & Williams law firm issued a conclusive rebuttal to the Letter of Reprimand which clearly showed our son's innocence. Unfortunately the Air Force still decided to put our son through a separation board. Robert represented our son at the separation board and he was spectacular. Robert displayed his outstanding trial lawyer experience with enthusiasm and professionalism while defending our son. The prosecution team in my opinion was no match for Robert. The case that the prosecution put on was so extremely weak compared to the defense that Robert and his law firm put on. Our son was found not guilty and will be retained in the Air Force. We can't thank Robert and Capovilla & Williams law firm enough for helping us through this difficult time and defeating the false accusation against our son.

I personally recommend Capovilla and Williams. I needed an attorney for a military investigation against myself. Upon talking to a few different attorneys, I felt like this firm was and is very knowledgeable when it comes to military investigations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. From my experience I wouldn’t recommend. I paid him a retainer fee and all he did was get character witness statements, on different occasions he confused my case with other clients. I told him two weeks in advance when my hearing would be and when I called him, he told me he was busy with another client.
