There aren’t enough words to describe how much my family and I are indebted to Robert and his team for my son’s case. Robert went above and beyond to fight for my son who was wrongfully accused on 4 charges and was found not guilty on all charges. The way he worked the courtroom and grabbed the jury’s attention was simply brilliant. He is confident, very attentive and on the ball throughout the entire trial. Nothing got passed him. He was very honest with us and treated us with the upmost respect. Word quickly got out on base what a great lawyer we had. And a great lawyer he is. I was facing charges at a General Court Martial. Capovilla and Williams was recommended to me and looking back I can only call it fate. Mr. Williams was constantly updating me with situations arising with my case as well as giving me as much time as necessary to understand all aspects of the case. I had the pleasure of observing Mr. Williams while attending a trial as a character witness in case my friend got convicted. My job was to speak to the jury during sentencing. Thanks to his hard work, passion, and determination. My services as a character witness were not needed. The verdict came in NOT GUILTY!
