The best Title IX representatives. As I was finishing up my chiropractic degree, and finished interning at a clinic, I found myself with some of the worst news I’ve ever heard. I was being falsely accused of doing things that I didn’t do. I panicked. I thought my career was over before it even began. I knew I needed someone to hear me out because it felt like I didn’t have anyone on my side. I found Sean Flood of Capovilla and Williams to help me out with my case. They listened to me, looked at the evidence I presented, and made me feel confident that we would win the case. It is so hard as a parent to find your son in trouble, but from my first phone call with Robert to my last email with Brad, I am convinced we did the correct thing by hiring Capovilla & Williams. Brad answered our emails and scheduled phone calls with us as we needed. He spoke to my son frequently throughout the process and worked diligently with him. We finally met him in person the day before trial, and he was adamant that we had enough time with our son. He was very empathetic and understanding. We even shared a few laughs in a very difficult time. Brad was phenomenal at trial. I noticed he kept my son in a positive frame of mind. After trial he kept him apprised as to what would happen next, the good, bad and ugly. I highly recommend the firm and Brad Simon. They are fantastic attorneys!
