I was referred to Mr. Skaar by another attorney. I spoke several times with Mr. Skaar about a wrongful garnishment case that I had. He instructed me to get documents from the court, which I did. I let him know that I got what he asked for, and then he ghosted me! No further communication at all! No email, no return phone call. Nothing! I was willing to jump through the necessary hoops, and obviously pay for his services, and he never once got back to me. Maybe he couldn't help? If that was the case, he could have had the decency to let me know instead of ghosting. I had hope that I finally found an attorney to handle this ridiculous case, but apparently I was wrong.

I recommend Skaar & Feagle wholeheartedly! I spoke with their admin at first, who was very nice and got me set up in their system for a review and call back. Jim Feagle called me and we spoke for about 20 minutes or so. He had even texted me the night before we spoke but I didn't see it until late. They worked the situation out quickly (not that it will always be) but they submitted the answer immediately and within about a week there was a dismissal! Thank you again, Skaar & Feagle!

Skaar & Feagle are the best! I had a very poor experience with a previous firm that landed me in a lawsuit. I contacted Skaar & Feagle, they accepted the case and resolved it in record time. The lawsuit was dismissed! I strongly recommend this firm!

I searched for awhile to find a legal rep/team to help me with an issue that I had. I almost gave up and represented myself until info from this firm came to me. My first call with their legal assistant, Laura, went well. She was very nice, professional & emailed me immediately after our call with details of our conversation. Documentation is vitally important so I appreciated that. About 24 hours later, I received a call from Atty/Mr. Feagle/Jim who took the time to talk, understand my issue and set realistic expectations. I had to emphasize that he actually took time because a lot of legal professionals rush prospective (and even current) clients off the phone or put majority of the communication off on the administrative team members. That wasn't the case here! Since then, I've primarily dealt with Atty/Ms. Feagle/Chelsea and she has been great. It only took 3 weeks for them to reach a resolution for my matters (2 cases at one time) and, in less than a month, I had a very favorable outcome. Yesterday, I contacted Chelsea with a concern, she assured me she'd get on it immediately and it is now resolved! As a consumer, professional and entrepreneur, I deal with (and have dealt with) a LOT of different professionals and their teams. I value communication, responsiveness, professionalism, courtesy and respect among other important aspects of business. I received a very high level of all of this with the entire Skaar & Feagle, LLP team. If I (or anyone else that I know in GA) ever needs legal assistance with a similar matter, I will not hesitate to contact this firm.
