i contacted Attorney Skarr in error I was trying to reach Attorney Feagle when he answered I thought he was Attorney Feagle so I began talking. He gracefully said how the two are commonly mistaken as they sound alike. He without any hesitation assisted me with nature the of my call and copied Attorney Feagle .Attorney Skaar could have referred me back to Attorney Feagle, instead he spent thirty minutes plus .One word describes him and this practice STELLAR

Mr. Skaar was very understanding and patient with me while trying to explain my case. I was very panicky and unable to understand a lot of what he was saying at first, he took the time to repeat things, put them in layman terms and made sure I really understood what was going on. Not once was he at all condescending, rushed or annoyed at my questions, unlike many other attorneys i've dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend his services and trust in his knowledge.

I called in looking for help with my debt collections issues. I wasn't sure if I needed to retain an attorney or not or even how I should proceed as the particulars of my case were somewhat nuanced. Kris took a half-hour out of his day without any compensation to go over my case and advise me in detail, helping me to understand what was going on and what I needed to know without making things as complex as the previous other attorneys I'd spoken with had before finding him. He advised me not to retain an attorney or pursue court over something that was financially not in my best interests and ended up saving me a lot of money, time, and headache. Not what I expected from an attorney. It's nice to know there are still people out there practicing law who care about individuals rather than just making money off of people. I could not recommend him more and if I'm ever in a situation where I have a need for such services he has clearly shown himself to be someone I could trust. I would retain him without hesitation.

Mr. Skaar kept an objective perspective and looked at it from the perspective of Law. Gave great insight into the complex field of Rental Laws. If this does happen to be taken to small claims court I will most certainly be giving him a ring.

Kris Skaar handled a case for me a couple of years ago involving a TCPA violation. I was worried the process was going to be long and drawn out, but Kris and his partner worked hard to move the case forward and get it settled.
