Lee Fitzpatrick represented my son for a motion for new trial on a Aggravated assault. The witness recanted and also wrote a letter about her recanted and Fitzpatrick did not raise this issue along with alot more issues. This cause my son to not be able to raise these issues on appeal. I don't think he actually took time to read the briefs. We barely heard from him. I don't recommend his on criminal at all!!

Lee helped me out tremendously. I was facing jail time due to an unfortunate series of events. I was in a jurisdiction that is known for being brutal. Lee was able to get everything dropped. Perfect choice.
