I reached out to Mirtha to get help with legal representation for a child custody case. It took a couple of months to get a consultation, but that was just due to her having so many cases at the time. During our consultation, she was very honest with me, informed me of the strengths of my case, and encouraged me to represent myself, using all of the advice and knowledge she had given me during the consultation. I did exactly that, and ended up getting granted sole custody of my child. She recognized that I had it in me to represent myself, so she shared her mana'o (wisdom) with me, and gave me the confidence to win my case. Because of Mirtha, and Alicia, my child is lives in a better environment. Mirtha is not only an incredible attorney, she is an incredible person as well. I will continue to recommend her to anyone that needs representation for child custody cases.

So good at what they do. Professional and team work. They work and fight for you. they do their homework. Make u feel safe and relief to have them take care of your burden. I would highly recommend Jacky and Mirtha. We hired them to help enforce a very difficult out of state custody order. They did a great job of working with us to find the best and quickest method and were very detailed in their paperwork. Jacky went above and beyond stayed with us late into the evening to make sure the child was safe and custody was transferred. We felt very informed and always received a quick response.

Aggressive yet passionate help#

I hired Mirtha for a contested divorce case. She was responsive, re-assuring and very knowledgeable about what to expect and how long it would take. I appreciated her strategy in working with an uncooperative spouse to get resolved in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend her again.

Ms Oliverios was hired by me on 2/1/17 and I fired her for inadequate representation after she did absolutely nothing but continue my case because she had a high profile trial going on at the time. Within 20 days (30 altogether but did not do anything due to high profile trial) for the first 10 days, Ms Oliveros racked up my bill to over $5000 of the $ 7000 retainer she said she needed to take my case! I GOT NOTHING WITH $5000 in 20 days so I fired her and needed to take out another loan for a new attorney. Thankfully the new one was honest and adequate as far as legal representation. In those 20 days , she found a way to rack up $5000 + while she worked for me! I am going to the ODC and will also have to take other avenues to force the return of my money from Ms Oliveros. Just letting others who are looking for a lawyer .......to know she is a thief!
