I called to inquire about an issue, the rep kept her promise and called back she was helpful and kind. The representative was so sweet and understanding. She took time out her busy schedule to ask Mr. Kevin if he could help. Although, Mr. Kevin was not able to assist in this type of case he and his staff was still helpful in guiding me to find the right person who can hopefully help. I found their contact through google search and with great reviews decided to take a chance in calling. I am thankful I got to speak to her and appreciate their time and help.
