Mr O'Grady is an amazing lawyer and definitely someone you want on your side in the court room. I was pretty sure I was going to have to take a plea deal or something along those lines when i was looking for a lawyer. But once I sat down with Mr O'Grady he informed me if I decided to go with him as my lawyer he would pursue for me being found not guilty. I wasn’t 100% convinced that was possible. But after the first day in court and seeing how he represented me I was confident I had a chance. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my case. I definitely recommend Mr O'Grady well worth the money.

Mr. O'Grady was an excellent lawyer to represent me for my case. I realize that in Hawaii some of these can drag on for months but I was fortunate to be found no guilty within about 13 months. They kept me informed via email and regular mail and answered my questions in a timely manner. I felt the advice given to me was very sufficient and worthwhile and it all paid off in the end. Don't really really

I have never met this attorney, except, I did make contact with his office after a preliminary review of his published professional background at his office in Hawaii. Upon a brief call to his office, a very inpolite, obnoxious and pretentious young woman answered the call and who later abruptly hung-up the phone. It seemed she didn´t like to answer questions about the type of matters in the law Mr. O´Grady offered legal services counseling and representation. She lectured me by saying the case I referred to was a divorce matter--such was not--as I tried to explain, unsuccesfully, on top of her barn room-like yelling, (as I spoke and tried to explain) with an uneducated demeanor of communication. She ended telling me--as I asked to speak with Mr. O´Grady directly--she was the person he relied upon and whom Mr. O´Grady had hired to make such determinations about prospective cases, etc., as she, thereafter, abruptly hung-up the phone, while still ranting that she had a college degree; a Bachelor degree, without my even asking. This place sounds like a one-man band (I later saw advertisements mostly for DUI´s) attended by a cheap-talking, glorified secretarial mess of a young woman with an inflated ego. Ingredientes of a money oriented, very low-class environment, not suited for a serious criminal case to be won. It must be, either his background--the one I read--is over-inflated or misguided since the law practice commentaries here, are from DUI experiences, but not on seriouos criminal matters, which is what my referral was about for a friend in Hawaii. I believe Mr. O´Grady, whom I do not know, but have had a very bad unusual experience with his secretarial representative, should fire this intolerant and uncordial woman. She was sucessful at one thing in my opinion; putting a shadow over Mr. O´Grady´s actual lawyerly abilities, by allowing himself to be represented by such an unpleasant and uneducated young foolish talking person.

Rhoda alvarez, the first thing she wants to talk about is only money, that the first thing she mentions she seem iritable when you try to ask questions, i asked her about having a divorce case she just want to talk about how much it will cost and are you ready to start if you ask her anymore questions beyond that she gets irritable, witch in my eyes is poor customer service, i highly do not recoment this attorny, she doesnt care about you only how much you going to pay her.
