Mr Rosenbaum is professional and experienced! I also really appreciated his positive sense of humor, manner of educating me about the court process, and genuine interest in serving me. I highly recommend him. And it's not just because we won the traffic case.

I called to ask a few questions about requirements held for Attorney's practicing law in Hawai'i and the woman was very unhelpful. She asked me more questions than I asked her. She kept trying to get me off the phone because she had other calls. Like mine wasn't as important! The worst part, she couldn't even answer the simple question. She said she doesn't know. There is only Hawai'i State Bar Association and apparently they hire people who know nothing. When I asked her if I could speak to someone who does know, she wouldn't help me there either. Overall, very unhelpful.
