Paid for an hour consultation and instead of trying to waste my time and money he gave it to me straight that while he agreed I'd been wronged, that I had little chance of winning my case and advised me in other useful ways. Two other lawyers pushed for me paying them tens of thousands of dollars for a guaranteed loss. Mr. Aguinaldo is someone I can highly recommend. After repeated and extended delays involving a home construction project I had signed a contract for yielded no home, I asked for the return of my deposit.
