In February of 2022 my fiancé and I were hit by a commercial dump truck. Stuart and Rachel at Leavitt Yamane & Soldner are excellent at what they do. They are experts and handled my case with the utmost care. Although the healing process has been long and ongoing, Rachel & Stuart made it a little easier to focus on getting better. The staff at Leavitt, Yamane, & Soldner are the best of the best. We are grateful for Stuart & Rachel, & the team at LYS for representing me. We highly recommend them as the best injury attorneys in the state.

Don't waste your time calling unless you are on your death bed. Because my injuries weren't critical, I didn't get the time of day. I completely understand if a company is only about the money, but maybe don't market yourself as a firm that is "For the People" or whatever the slogan is.

I was so fortunate to have Mr. Leavitt accept my personal injury case. The entire staff at Leavitt, Yamane and Soldner are so professional and dedicated to their field. Mr. Kodish was the lawyer who worked closely with us and gave us superb guidance through the whole process. He explained everything in terms we could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. This made it a seamless operation, especially when we were facing time constraints. While walking to work from my parking garage, almost two years ago, I was hit by an SUV while I was in the crosswalk. I never thought to hire an attorney, however, my friends told me to call an attorney, at least for a consultation. I am so glad that I did. Seeing the Leavitt, Yamane and Soldner commercials on tv, I knew who to call. Somehow I just knew they would take care of me and that they did! I was shocked when I saw the medical bills that poured in from my one night stay in the hospital and from all the doctors on the trauma team. I would have never been able to pay for all the medical costs if I hadn’t had John Yamane and his team representing me. John is very patient and explained the entire process step-by-step. He takes the time to call you regularly to keep you updated on what is happening with your case. Kris Watanabe from John’s team is also so helpful and friendly and I could not have asked for a better team to represent me. I hope you won’t ever need to hire a law firm, however, if something unfortunate happens and you find yourself in need of an attorney, Leavitt, Yamane and Soldner are the ones to call. They will treat you like family. I hope I don’t ever need an attorney in the future, however, if I do find myself in need of an attorney again, I will definitely call Leavitt, Yamane and Soldner again. Highly recommended! My wife was hit by a car on her moped and hospital bills were very stressful. We didn’t know what to do. I personally have no idea how insurance and hospitals work. Debra took all the stress away and thanks to her and her team, we are very happy. And don’t take this the wrong way, but I hope I will never have to see her again. Lol But if another accident does happen, I know who I’m calling.
