It was really by happy accident that I found Ed. Ed Magauran made the whole process as comfortable, quick and painless, then I could ever imagine possible. When I would call, he made himself available or let me know when he could return my phone call. I called and got him directly and I appreciated that so much. He did not have a secretary/assistant to take phone calls, I got him every time I called or texted him. He filed my paperwork within 2 days. I went through the details over the phone, emailed info he needed and he wrote back minutes after I sent anything to him with “got it” or “I need…” and communication was fast and easy. He text and emailed quickly. I knew what I needed to do at all times and he was there to help or answer questions. I never felt rushed and I was well informed. He is fast, easy to work with, and great at communicating. He also made a great suggestion to enter the zoom meeting with the creditors early, and listen to other cases ahead of me.
