I needed to update my 2002 living trust. I googled living trust attorneys, and found Attorney, Keoni Souza. I read his positive reviews and decided to contact him. I am so glad that I did. I contacted Keoni via email and sent him information that he requested. In the first meeting, Keoni informed me that he had done some research and discovered that my home was not entered back into trust when I refinanced several years ago. If tragedy had struck, this would have placed my home into probate. Thankfully, Keoni instructed me on what to do and I was able to resolve the situation the next day. Keoni also provided easy to understand, written instructions, and also placed colored tabs where signatures were needed on the documents.
