I was caught with laser going 77 in a 55. I called the court, and the secretary kept reassuring me that Hawaii does not have a point system, so I would be wasting my money getting an attorney. Well... DMV California notified me that the point indeed transferred. By then, I was allready convicted due to a default judgement. Brian Kim was able to OVERTURN the conviction and WIN the case, allowing me to remove the point from DMV California. The results speak for themselves. If you are from out of state, this is the Law Office you want. He did everything while I was back in California.

I was so lucky to find Brian Kim online. I received a parking ticket that clearly should've been dismissed and he helped me to make that happen. He was very responsive to text messages and didn't mind that the court appointment needed to be rescheduled several times for covid. It was clear that he had a good relationship with the prosecutor and was able to resolve the parking ticket. I'm very appreciative of his help and would recommend him to anyone looking to resolve an unfair parking ticket. I hope I never need his help again lol, but I would gladly reach out to him if another issue were to arise. Thank you again Brian for your help, it's much appreciated.

Brian made me feel at ease and allowed me to explain my situation in great detail and all the while he listened intensively while taking notes. My son got several tickets for revoked license. We called several attorneys who sounded like the police would be knocking down our door any minute and we better be ready for them to save the day...and grab our wallets and be ready to pay up. My wife and I were scared to death. Our next call was to Brian. He said, cool as a cucumber, that he would take care of it. Explained why it wasn't such a big deal when he looked at the details of the cases. And said he could get them dismissed. Case closed. He not only delivered on dismissing those cases...but he proceeded to (at no extra charge) tie up loose ends of my son's DUI case. Got the clearance letters for both the criminal case and the revocation. We cannot recommend Brian higher...and if you don't at least hear him out...you're losing out on a great attorney. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Mr. Kim. Not only did he set our minds at ease with his cool demeanor and positive attitude, but he also did what he promised...which was that he would "take care of it." Just want to thank Brian for helping out with my son's traffic tickets and DUI case. The first attorney we called sounded like my son was definitely going to jail...and scared the heck out of us.
