Poor communication and responsiveness
“I've been calling once, twice or three times a week for the same reason, a status update: 'Have my documents been mailed to the address that I provided you?' Everytime I call same story. They ask me to spell my name and they ask for my phone number so that they can contact me. I provide this information but no one calls.”

Concerns about overcharging and lack of transparency
“Robert 'bob' young it's horrible! This law firm is terrible! Bob Young and this law firm will try anyway to take your hard earned money from you! They will charge you hundreds of dollars to even ask to see a copy of your bill, speak to him on the phone or speak to the receptionist!”

Ineffective representation and poor advocacy
“I had Barrie as my lawyer and while he was nice I didn't feel he argued my case with much enthusiasm and he was quite wimpy against the opposing lawyer. I felt I had to step in and argue my own case in court as Barrie wasn't effective.”
