Bickerton Law group has repeatedly demonstrated patience, persistence, and expertise in bringing our legal matters to successful conclusions.

Jim Bickerton treats his clients like trash. I was one of them but left due to the unprofessional conduct of that firm. Bickerton and Robert Miyashita must always have "client control" which includes preventing the client from knowing what's going on with the case, not providing the pleadings and not allowing the client to have ANY say in their own lawsuit. But the client has a right to know and a right to make decisions under the rules of professional ethics governed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Do yourself a huge favor and shop around where the arrogancy can't be cut with a knife.

My experience with Bickerton Law Group exceeded all of my expectations. I was in a serious car accident. Jeremy was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. Yesterday, I had emailed several law firms, regarding a personal injury I had received from an assault 3 years ago. Due to the circumstances of my case, I knew the chances were slim that I could seek any restitution, but I needed to try, nonetheless. I was very quickly contacted by one of the firm’s attorneys, Jeremy O’Steen, Esq., who spoke with me for quite some time, answering my questions, giving me guidance, and ultimately explaining why I am unlikely to have a case at all. He was very kind, professional, helpful, and he seemed truly sympathetic towards my situation. He recommended that I seek other opinions on the matter, though I would likely receive the same conclusion. Though mildly disappointed (which had nothing to do with anything he did), I was very grateful for his time. He surprisingly called again, today, with more information and some good news! Though the firm still wasn’t interested in taking my case, Jeremy had called with information and advice that might strengthen my case and help to get representation. I think his kindness speaks highly, as to what kind of person he is, and even greater for how much he cares, as an attorney. The fact that he sought out information after we spoke, yesterday, and not only filed it away in his brain to have for future cases, but CALLED ME to educate me, as well......that is above and beyond. I’m not saying that he (or this firm) will always have time to do this for every case they reject, but I AM saying that I believe that if Jeremy or this firm were to represent you, YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS. Contacted James Bickerton a number of times to get representation in a case. Slow correspondence back and then stop snswering emails just ignored me. Not professional at all!!!!

I was involved with a class action lawsuit. They did a great job.

Was delayed in response for a number of reasons after several positive discussions. Personal feeling is my pockets were not deep enough as contingency fee seemed to be a long haul. We did not come to a representation agree. Jim is articulate and sounds like a great trail attorney. Wish he was on my team but not today...
