“I am a physician and I had dealings with Kirk Neste at this firm. He seemed to be nice at first, and I, in good faith kept my end of the agreement that we had negotiated. After this, he did not answer my attempts to reach him and did not keep his end of the deal. Basically, he lied to me. Very unprofessional.”

“Won a settlement and this so-called law firm is playing games trying to shortchange me. They represented Terminix which is also Sandwich Isles, under the ServiceMaster company. I represented myself and beat this law firm with ease. Apparently I know the Law better than this firm. Now I have to garnish wages to get paid. Basically they're dragging their feet instead of advising their client to be done with this.”
