I am a physician and I had dealings with Kirk Neste at this firm. He seemed to be nice at first, and I, in good faith kept my end of the agreement that we had negotiated. After this, he did not answer my attempts to reach him and did not keep his end of the deal. Basically, he lied to me. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend working with a firm that has lawyers like this.

Dan Vermillion, is the only attorney I’d recommend to anyone who needs to establish a trust or create an estate plan. He’s patient, thorough, and knows his stuff! He genuinely cares too! A rare species that guy. Check him out , see for yourself.

Randall Yee seems to be knowledgeable n experienced in his specialized field. Have hired him before. This last experience he could have been more PATIENT n utilized more FINESS. Felt like he was condescending at times.
