It was really by happy accident that I found Ed. The first company I had agreed to do business with quoted me one rate and then when I called back to pay quoted me a higher fee, and I’m so thankful they did because it put me on the hunt for someone else to work with. I called a handful of different attorneys, but none of them seemed as helpful or understanding as Ed was. He was VERY thorough about the process. He helped me to gain an understanding of the process and all the steps that we’d have to go through to see it through to completion. Ed Magauran made the whole process as comfortable, quick and painless, then I could ever imagine possible. When I would call, he made himself available or let me know when he could return my phone call. I called and got him directly and I appreciated that so much. He did not have a secretary/assistant to take phone calls, I got him every time I called or texted him. He filed my paperwork within 2 days. I went through the details over the phone, emailed info he needed and he wrote back minutes after I sent anything to him with “got it” or “I need…” and communication was fast and easy. He text and emailed quickly. I knew what I needed to do at all times and he was there to help or answer questions. I never felt rushed and I was well informed. He is fast, easy to work with, and great at communicating. He also made a great suggestion to enter the zoom meeting with the creditors early, and listen to other cases ahead of me.
