I want to start by thanking Mr. Ed Magauran for all of his help during this difficult time in my life. After calling more than a few Bankruptcy Attorney's for the past year (or longer), and only getting a few office's call me back, only to leave me questioning their sincerity for many different reasons, I gave up and lost hope. However, it was inevitable to continue the search for help, and I came across Ed Magauran while researching alternatives. I did a lot of research in hopes that there was an attorney that TRULY stood by the people that they provide services for, and claim to be there from the beginning to the end for. I called Ed, and IMMEDIATELY felt like I was protected. Ed is not only an advocate, he is not only fighting for those who find themselves unable to fight alone, but it was crystal clear that Ed was the light and the end of this tunnel for me. Overwhelmed with debt? I gotta guy for that. I needed help after the pandemic forced me to get further into debt than I was able to get out of alone. He was compassionate and thorough. As unfortunate as it is to need such services, I am so grateful to God for Justin. I wasn’t even sure what to ask him but after he asked me some questions to gain some understanding on my situation and where I was at in the process, he provided a lot of useful information as to what to expect during my hearing. One thing took me by surprise and I would’ve most likely been upset during the hearing had I not known it was coming, thanks to him. Having done my own research prior, regarding my case, it was extremely comforting and reassuring to hear him affirm many things I had just researched, learned, or already completed in preparation for the hearing. Mr Magauran is the best Attorney you will ever find, he explained everything in detail sometimes more than once, I hope I never need a Bankruptcy Attorney again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Attorney Magauran.

I was desperate and afraid, confused and at a lost as to what to do with my situation. It was like I was frozen stuck and unable to move. I was embarrassed and felt ashamed for allowing myself to get into this predicament. Mr. Magauran was very gracious, reassuring me that we are all deserving of a second chance. After examining my financial status, Ed was able to present me with some options that really encouraged me. I no longer felt stuck, unable to move. He laid out a 5 year plan for me to follow and assured me, "you can do it, we got this!" Finally, I felt relief. I now had a reason to be hopeful. I was not an easy client though. I'm sure I was the cause of a few gray hairs for Ed. My business tasks, the demands of a large family for my attention, my commitment to my ministry, all challenged my time and energy which in one way or another aided in taking me off course a couple of times. But instead of giving up on me, Ed supported me and helped me to get back on course and in fact we were able to shorten the plan by 2 years. Today, I stand victorious! Hallelujah!
