if Robert Miyashita will take your case, as he and his partners are quite busy, hire him! The bottom line is Miyashita & O’Steen win the cases they accept and do so going above and beyond making sure they are serving their clients needs, not their own! In the broken world filled with obstacLes ofcomplex legal cases you somehow find yourself facing you need an intelligent group of fighters who have “your back” who know how to navigate the hurdles and complexities of a broken legal system. As all cases are different and rather than bore you with the details of our families case in this review I think it is best to simply say that Miyashita & O’Steen don’t cut corners and they spend the time necessary to make sure you completely understand what transpires during the cases they accept. Due to the issues you face in a broken legal system that is rigged to help perpetrators (those who injure others either knowing or unknowing) more than injured parties it was extremely important for our family to find the right attorney who cared about our well being above the reward for an injury….that person is Robert Miyashita!

Danielle won my case! I had a great experience with her. She's very kind and thorough. I have a very complex case and needed help getting through it. The process of getting Social Security disability is so complicated. It's designed to bog you down and give up. I am so glad I hired her. I'm not sure I would have been able to do this on my own. 10/10

Before contacted Danielle Beaver to represent me on my Disability case, I received letters from the Social Security office saying I wasn't entitled for Disability Benefits. After receiving the letters I had doubts and almost gave up but seeing Danielle Beaver's commercial on TV gave me the courage to pursue my case. Working with Attorney Sink and his paralegal Jennifer on a case. Attorney Sink’s pricing allowed me to hire him when other attorneys’ pricing was prohibitive. So far, we have gained traction; will update this review with more details when there are more updates.

Tl;dr I can’t afford to hire a lawyer out-of-pocket, but he was super helpful anyway! We had property damage (but no injuries) from a car accident due to negligent auto services, so I reached out to a legal referral service for possible contingency based service or even just legal advice. They gave me the names of two law offices. The first basically said “We don’t do that. Good luck. And if you want to hire us it’s $350/hr and a $10,000 retainer”. But Mr. Sink called me back himself to see if anyone had responded to my email, and then gave me some starting advice for gathering evidence and writing a letter to the auto service company, before trying for small claims court. It seems small but hearing advice like that from a lawyer goes a long way when you don’t know where to start to recoup your losses. His return call however brief, was free legal advice. He could have ignored the inquiry as a non viable lead, as did the other firm. Instead, he took the time to set me in the right direction and that bit of good will says a lot imo.

I hired this attorney, and he immediately went to settlement conferences even though I had overwhelming evidence against the defendent. Do not use this Attorney. He settled a $2.4 million dollar case for peanuts 🥜. Piss poor attorney.

I was referred to Mr.Sink’s office through HSBA, and just had a phone consultation regards to employment issue I was going through. They got back to me very fast, and everything was really straightforward. I gained lots of clarity and support from him. I decided not to pursue the lawsuit because mine wasn’t going to make a strong case after all. Now I know who to contact if our family need legal advices. Thank you for your service!
