All I can say is I should've called sooner! As a single parent, I was struggling with my bills and was trying to juggle and tough it out for fear of hurting my credit. But once I decided to get a consultation, Mr. Dunn and Francene were most helpful in guiding me every step of the way. No judgement, just super helpful and understanding of my situation. Every question I had was answered promptly, the follow ups were perfect. It was such a relief when we had my case successfully filed. The stress used to keep me up at night. Oh, and although my credit did initially go down, it was back up in about a month because my usage went down. Ended up being higher than it was before I filed. Seriously, why did I wait so long?? Although we never want to find ourselves in this situation, I'm so happy that I went with them. I wouldn't change a thing!

Omg! I don't know where to begin except I was so fortunate to discover that my divorce attorney was also a bankruptcy attorney! I always felt attorneys were intimidating so I was reluctant about filing for bankruptcy. OMG! It took me a while before I finally made the call. All my life I paid my bills on time and had excellent credit but, some hard times and some bad choices, I just couldn’t keep up with my bills. I felt so embarrassed, however, when I went in for my consultation with Gregg, I immediately felt comfortable. No judgement, no attitude, just a local guy who’s smart and know’s what he’s doing. His assistant Francine is so wonderful as well. About 4 visits to his office and 1 zoom meeting with the court, and boom! Dept free!
