When I first considered filing for bankruptcy, I spent a lot of time researching attorneys as I was stressed, had a lot of questions, and I wanted to be represented by someone who would take the time to gather pertinent information and advise me upfront if bankruptcy would be a viable option for my situation. I ran online searches over the course of several days, and Greg Dunn appeared as one of the top search results every time. I visited the sites of over 15 bankruptcy attorneys and read their reviews. Incidentally, a close friend who knew of my intentions told me his cousin had successfully filed bankruptcy and that she was represented by Greg Dunn, so I made an appointment to meet with him. After my initial consultation, it became clear to me that Greg and his assistant, Francene, were thoroughly knowledgeable about bankruptcy; furthermore, their confident yet friendly manner put me at ease, so I felt I would be in good hands. I met with Greg regularly in person or on the phone to work on my case, but he and Francene also called me between scheduled meetings to make sure I remained on track with my “homework”, was prepared for my hearings, and was clear on where we were in the process. My case was a long and difficult one, but Greg’s astute handling and experience combined with Francene’s excellent follow up and support skills resulted in a successful filing. Their efforts cleared away a dark cloud that had been hovering above me for years and allowed me to put a very difficult time of my life behind me. I visited another office prior to Atty Dunn. Honestly, I did not feel comfortable talking about my financial struggle on the first one. The truth was, I tried many other ways, withdrawn from retirement, loaned from insurance and even went to National Debt Relief but nothing works. This led to depression, anxiety and shame.
