Going into bankruptcy for the first time my wife and I were extremely scared and nervous. We actually never had a thought of ever filing bankruptcy until my mother and mother in law suggested us to do so because we were really struggling financially. On top of that, one of my closest friend and co worker I usually take advice from told me the same exact thing. I had no clue on what to do, but “All 3” of them referred me specifically to Greg Dunn. So out of pure hope and faith we decided to just go in to do the free consultation to get Greg’s perspective. After that consultation with Greg my wife and I came out as if a heavy weight had just been lifted off our chest. From that point on we knew we were in good hands. Greg and Francene took so much good care of us. They answered all the questions we had as well has helped us understand exactly what we needed to know. They were super flexible with meeting with us in the pace we wanted to (which was every week). The price we had to pay was incomparable to the amount of debt they relieved us from and I would do again in a heart beat (but I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again). All in all our bankruptcy experience was nothing compared to what we thought it would be like and my wife and I would recommend Greg Dunn and his staff 100% if you’re looking into filing bankruptcy. Filing for bankruptcy was something I thought about for over a year. My foolish spending in my early 20s left me dealing with the stresses of all the debt I had accumulated. I didnt know where to start or what exactly it would do to my credit, future, etc. After doing some research, I came across an attorney (Blake Goodman) who after my free consultation left me feeling more uncomfortable about filing than I already did. He demanded a $100 retainer (which I was unaware needed to be provided during the consultation in order to get that "price/deal") and when I mentioned the funds weren't available, he had the nerve to ask me to seek out the money from friends or family. After that call, I was so discouraged to continue with a bankruptcy I let go of the idea. With some of my info I provided, he told me I was eligible for a Chapter 13, which would still give me financial stress moving forward. A couple of months had gone by when a coworker told me about his bankruptcy experience with Greg. After talking more about it, I reached out and contacted the office where his assistant Francene returned my call in a timely manner and set me up with a consultation within a couple of days. After our consultation he offered me a payment plan and was confident that I would be able to file a Chapter 7! I was eager to start and we immediately got all of the documents, etc needed and within 2 months, I was able to pay my services and file. (I want to stress that I NEVER felt pressure for payment, we did agree on a monthly payment that I was comfortable with). The process of gathering documents, statements, etc was painless. They ease you into bringing in the different documents needed so I was never overwhelmed with the "homework" I was given. Greg and Francene were awesome the whole time, they answered all of my questions and made it easy to understand everything that was going on. They were easy to contact, parking was available with validation and I'm happy I made the decision to try again and call him! If you're struggling financially, and need a way to ease that stress I HIGHLY recommend the office of Gregory Dunn, one of the best decisions I've ever made. I am financially FREE!

I have never written a review on Google before but I use it all the time to search for businesses or services I need. I felt I had to write this review after working with Greg and Francine. I came to Greg after leaving another bankruptcy attorney that I was not satisfied with. The other attorneys’ office only had a real person when it was payment time. After I made all the payments all I got was automated messages and links to fill out forms. Greg’s office was different from the start. I called on a Sunday and he picked up the phone. I had a real person and we did a phone consultation right then and there. I made an appointment to go in and start the process. They worked out a payment plan for me which was great as a single mom. Each time I went in, I brought some of the documents they needed for my case. It was not overwhelming like the prior attorney – asking for everything through the automated system with no help. To make this long story short – Greg and Francine walked me through all the steps I needed and answered all my questions any time I came to them. I appreciate them helping me and will always remember how I was treated with respect and kindness.

Attorney Greg Dunn is the man he knows what his doing and he takes time with you and go with you the extra mile his always there and give you straight answers I would recommend his law firm to any body that needs a fresh start .
