He is taking the money and then disappear never answer your calls and never go to work . Love your love one and don’t fall in his trap! People can fall to depression because of him. He is not working for 2 years he didn’t pick up the phone ! Terrible ! Mr, Mukaida did not return phone calls, from us or the workers comp company. He failed to answer a letter requesting a second opinion causing the Department of Labor to get involved. When asked about it he said that he thought he sent a letter, three weeks and several messages later he was able to be reached by phone and would not explain why he just stopped contact and work on the case.
