My son got several tickets for revoked license. We called several attorneys who sounded like the police would be knocking down our door any minute and we better be ready for them to save the day...and grab our wallets and be ready to pay up. My wife and I were scared to death. Our next call was to Brian. He said, cool as a cucumber, that he would take care of it. Explained why it wasn't such a big deal when he looked at the details of the cases. And said he could get them dismissed. Case closed. He not only delivered on dismissing those cases...but he proceeded to (at no extra charge) tie up loose ends of my son's DUI case. Got the clearance letters for both the criminal case and the revocation. We cannot recommend Brian higher...and if you don't at least hear him out...you're losing out on a great attorney. Mahalo Brian!!!!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Mr. Kim. Not only did he set our minds at ease with his cool demeanor and positive attitude, but he also did what he promised...which was that he would "take care of it." He did this in spades, helping my son get all his tickets dismissed. He was extremely responsive and at the end of the day...delivered on everything. Just want to thank Brian for helping out with my son's traffic tickets and DUI case. The first attorney we called sounded like my son was definitely going to jail...and scared the heck out of us. Brian was our next call and he sounded so chill...and so positive that I wanted to cry with relief. No problem, he says. I'll take care of it. And he did. Everything has all been cleared and he didn't even charge extra to fix the outstanding case my son had. I was so happy when a lawyer friend recommended Brian Kim to assist with a potentially serious traffic violation I wasn’t thinking I needed a lawyer for this issue as it was somewhat minor in my eyes but it could have been serious being Hawaii laws are very severe on this issue, so I asked around. I texted Brian on a weds Ans I heard back from him right away I provided him with a few pieces of information and tje ticket info and court date. He called me back the next day and said he would take care of it and not to worry. I reached out again to confirm I really wasn’t needed on Monday at court. I didn’t have to be at tje zoom court, I didn’t have to do anything. He texted two hours after tje start or court. The charges were dismissed, no fines, If you ever need a criminal or traffic lawyer on Oahu, I can not recommend Brian Kim more highly. I really felt he had my back amd my best interests at heart. Brian was so amazing to work with. We called him just two hours before my husband’s court appearance for an excessive speeding ticket he got while in HI for his dad’s memorial. Brian answered and appeared for us without question and assured us he would handle it. He did exactly what he said he would do and got it down to a regular speeding ticket.
