Ms. Nakashima is thorough and patient. What I like about her is that she speaks and explains at my level of understanding, which I think is an excellent skill to have since people come in all levels of education and background. She understands this. Nothing intimidating in the personality...easy to talk to. She is thorough in her questions and answers and often gives examples for understanding.
