Working with David J. Gorberg & Associates was was definitely a win! I didn’t know what to expect going into a lemon law claim or even how to go about doing it. David’s office was the first law office I contacted and it was definitely the best choice. He and his associates really came through for me in helping me get a settlement for my vehicle. David is the best attorney for your Lemon Law case ! I am strongly recommending David if you ever have to deal with a Lemon case. My car was over the Lemon mileages, and I am assuming that "well, its too late and bad luck, theres nothing I can do about it." But guess what, David calls me back one day and said he was able to make my car dealership pay for my car's issuses. During the whole processes, all I have done was sending David all my car repairs documents (he answers your email and phone call directly btw ! Awesome !) then at first David have explained to me that I am in a bad situation because my car mileages was way over by the Lemon Law standerds and most likly I cant find justice for my car and I was accepting the facts after talking to David and just taking it my bad luck. By the way my car problem was engine light, lose gas cap, eletric parking brake error and etc....I was taking my car to the dealership for 6 months and they keep my car for at least a week each time I go and they were putting 70 ~ 150 miles on my car to test drive for the problems ! Rediculus !! And took them 6 months and almost 10 visites for them to fix it!! Terrible and I will never go back to that dealership. However, David calls me back one day and he said he didnt give up on me and he was keep trying to talk to the dealership and finally, I got a check ! I did not expect this check at all and david spended maybe 10 months on doing this to help me ! David is the best Lemon Law attorney on the island ! Call him if you need !!!! Thank you again David !

We used this firm as our lemon law attorney. We were flustered by the repeated times our 2023 Jeep 4xe was in the shop. The last straw was when it had been in the shop for 40+ days.
