I rarely do reviews but I would like to share the experience I had with David and his team. You can rest assure that you will be in good hands with David. He will help you navigate a stressful and confusing situation like a buyback from a car manufacturer. Like most I believe you’ll start your search in google with lemon law layers or buyback laws. One of the first results was David’s law group and I’m glad I went with him. I was hesitant because of how straight forward his number and ad was. But after the first phone call with David I knew I made the right choice. He asked a few questions, emailed him some paperwork, and he was good to go. He looked at my case and knew we had a good one for a buyback. Communication with David couldn’t be easier. I’m located in Hawaii and David in Pennsylvania, but that didn’t change how efficient David was with his work. He even kept me in the loop during busy holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. After the case was settled and done David just happen to be in Hawaii and even met up with me to deliver the check in person. Couldn’t ask for a better outcome. If I ever need another lawyer for this type of situation, I know who I’m calling. I will give David’s law group card to all my friends and family if they ever face the same problem I have. I wouldn’t expect the personable treatment seeing as I never dealt with anyone in person. All interaction was via phone, text and email. So I was skeptical at first. Kia was being extremely difficult. But I eventually trusted them and were great help. They helped ease the stress and confusion of all the complicated legal terms. That’s beyond my knowledge. David has a lot of experience and I eventually said you know what you’re doing. I don’t. I’ll follow your lead. And we ended up with a great settlement. Strongly recommend seeing David for your lemon. I had an engine issue with my vehicle that required it to go to the shop for more than 6+ times. David and all of his staff listened to my questions and concerns and came to the conclusion that I would be appropriate for a lemon law claim with Volkswagen. A couple months later, we were able to strike a settlement with Volkswagen and now awaiting to turn in my vehicle and receive compensation.
