I would recommend everyone to this firm! I recently had a problem with my 2020 Nissan Frontier, right front window wouldn't go up or down and had to go back and forth to the dealership 6 times to get it fixed. Came the 4th time I contacted David Gorberg & Associates. In 2 months they had my case settled with Nissan Manufacturer. I'll be getting my settlement by this Friday and warranty is still valid. Called David (My Lemon) for some advice on a recurring problem we were having on a 5 year old Mercedes SUV.. We have had to replace the 12 v battery (list$311) four times in less than 2 years. He let us know that there was little that he could do to help us from a Lemon Law standpoint but then spent 30 minutes discussing issues we should look at and researching possible causes for the problem. He was really knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz electrical issues and how tricky it is to negotiate with them. His diagnosis turned out to be right on point and he explained why that problem would be the escape clause for dealer responsibility. He helped us understand how to best approach the dealer and his suggestions simplified the resolution. So while he could not take this as a paying case, he managed to bring us complete satisfaction with the least hassle. I can't recommend David Gorberg enough for any automotive Lemon or warranty issues. Thank you, David.

Awesome lawyer and definitely recommend them. Even tho my Kia Niro had 78k miles it has an issues that can’t be fixed and they still got me a payout. 100% free cost to me I didn’t pay anything to them. If you need car help please give them a call.
