You won’t be disappointed! David and Laura have been such a great help through all of this! It was a process but it was worth it! I had bought a brand new 2021 Tahoe from JN Chevrolet last year and a year later the engine started to act up in the middle of me just driving around and running errands! I had it checked and it turned out it was a big job that had to be done with my engine lifters having to be replaced. It would’ve taken 3 months just for the part to come in. Long story short I did my research about the lemon law and when I went to JN Chevy to talk to them about replacing my vehicle they were talking to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about AND they said that it would be considered a lemon ONLY if the same problem had to be fixed 3 times in a row. I’m so glad that I did my research because while I did that I did come across David’s website and kept them in mind in case I needed help. They made this process sooooo easy and helped us to understand what was going on and answered any questions if we didn’t understand something. We ended up getting a FULL REFUND!
