Bought a used 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SE from a dealership in Schenectady, NY in March of 2022. Within minutes of leaving the lot the river of issues began. The car ended up needing a new motor and turbo along with control arm and sway bar links. I contacted David Gorberg and Associates and within the hour I got a response and they accepted my case. David helped me with an issue involving my EV through his PA office. David is INCREDIBLY responsive. I sent in a contact form on a Saturday morning and I was chatting with him on Saturday afternoon. He talked over my situation and was very optimistic about his chances at securing some form of relief. He is also very connected - he knows all the major players at the various car manufacturers who are responsible for handling lemon law complaints, and has good relationships with them. In the end, he was able to secure a settlement that I was very happy with, and he was able to do it within a week of when we decided our approach. I highly recommend you at least talk to him if you think you have a claim. And the nice thing is that I did everything virtually - I didn't need to meet in person, and aside from the first conversation, most of my interaction was through text and email until we got to the negotiations. You've probably paid a lot for your new car - you should make sure that you are happy with it and that it works the way it should. David helps make that possible.
