After a lengthy, time-consuming, FREE initial consultation I hired COL(Ret) Mark Bridges to file an application with the Army Discharge Review Board to upgrade a discharge.  I’m so happy I did.  His work has been amazing.  Despite the differences in our time zones, he was very responsive.  And his years of service as an Army lawyer make him an expert in his field.  He immediately began employing those distinguishing attributes to my case.
