Nicholas Valter reviewed my commercial lease, and he was able to remove unfavorable terms and add some beneficial ones. The landlord was difficult to work with. He also go me three months free rent while we did a total renovation on the space (landlord had originally agreed only to one month free). Nicholas was sincere, thorough, and very reasonable. Nicholas is now our friend.
