Let me start by saying that Jeanilou Grace is amazing! We have previous work history together but it’s been some time since I’ve connected with her. I recently started up my own small business last year and was looking for confirmation on some legal advice. When I reached out to Jeanilou, she was extremely prompt with an answer and allowed me to set up a phone consultation right away. She had a link that automatically took me to her booking site and made it that simple for me to get onto her schedule! Options like this really add value in my opinion. The next morning, Jeanilou called me exactly at 10am on the dot! The most sweetest & genuine voice ever. I admitted to her how clueless I was about getting my business insured and how to keep myself safe. Jeanilou took the time to explain some basic terms and answer all of my questions. She then offered to find me additional help/resources for my business. By the end of our call, I had so much more insight and relief! It felt as if I were just talking to a friend on the other line about business! Really appreciate Jeanilou for taking the time and being so sincere! 10/10 Recommend!

Jeanilou is such a pleasure to work with. I've had experience with a handful of lawyers and no one has made me feel as comfortable as Jeanilou. I was comfortable that she would execute the work apporpiately and also personally comfortable in asking her any and all questions. I hired Jeanilou to review my Services Contract. She was very clear and detailed with her work. But that's also what is expected from a lawyer. Where she exceeded expectations was her client service. She went above and beyond to explain information in "non lawyer language" and also provide guidence for my overall business needs. I felt like she treated my business and Service Contract with such care as if it were her own. Jeanilou is also just an awesome person, and I think we all appreciate working with someone we actually like (bonus that she's an amazing lawyer too!). As a female small business owner, in the past I've felt intimiated by other lawyers. Jeanilou makes anything law related less painful and I can't help but want to talk to her all day! I would describe Ms. Torrado as exceedingly talented. Trust and rapport are so important in legal matters, and with Jeanilou, I found both fell into place effortlessly. What impressed me the most is Ms. Torrado's calm confidence, and her knack for explaining complicated legal jargon in simple, down-to-earth terms. I find her prices to be very reasonable; accessible to most in the LA area, and well worth the value of what I got in return. Jen helped me understand the legal jargon I needed to complete the rest of my paperwork and was absolutely fantastic in prepping my documents that made the whole legal process less daunting for me.
