Maui Law was exactly the place to go for my legal needs. The lawyer was professional, understanding, down to earth, and kept my case confidential. I felt safe! I hope to never need a lawyer again but if I do, I will definitely choose Maui Law.

Jill emailed me that I needed to be at court at 10:00 I was there at 10:04 and she was already outside by her car saying it’s too late already I have a bench warrant over a seat belt ticket and she would not go back in to see the clerk. She knew I was a fire survivor and had warned me that retaliation may occur if she reached out to my landlord. She made no effort to contact my emergency contact. Other lawyers have commented that they would have made the effort to go back in at 10:04 only four minutes late. She still hasn’t taken herself off as my representative so I can get a public defender and her half hearted help or negligence is continuing to cause me problems.

Ms. Uehara is very knowledgeable in her field and conducts herself with professionalism at all times. She is empathetic towards her client’s situation and does everything in her power to achieve satisfactory results on behalf of her client. She helped make a difficult situation as painless as possible. I highly recommend her .
