My lawyer Dominique Malia tansley saved my 15 yr old from a abusesive father that had custody of him and I had fought my son father for years this time I needed someone strong and fearless of who the lawyer my son dad had was scaring all the lawyers I was trying to hire them and they all turned me down finally we found Dominique tansley the first 1 who told me I'm not scared of her I like the challenge and I felt it in my heart she's the one! I am absolutely impressed with her knowledge, understanding, and service she provided. I searched through and consulted with multiple lawyers before deciding on her. I was going through a horrible divorce and custody issues. I had contacted and consulted with about 10 to 15 lawyers/lawfirms befire finding Dominique. I was about to give up and then meeting with her gave me hope. The others were wasting my time and money, playing games and not listening to my needs whatsoever as a mother going through a divorce. Dominique was so helpful for me during a very long and emotionally difficult legal battle with my ex. I initially retained her in 2014 for a TRO case against my ex, which then led to over a year long legal battle regarding property we co-owned. Dominique was very knowledgable, caring, and understanding. She always had my best interest in mind and consistently communicated with me throughout the entirety of my case. When needed, Dominique thoroughly explained things to me regarding my case and advised me on my options without ever making me feel as if I "had to settle" for unfavorable terms proposed by my ex. My case finally wrapped up toward the end of 2015 and looking back, I can truly say I couldn't have done it without Dominique. She played such a significant role throughout my entire legal battle and she really helped me feel supported throughout the entire process. In the end, Dominique helped me see that settling my case was not a "loss" but however, a "win" toward closure and freedom to move forward in life without continued emotional and financial stress related to my case. She was very thorough during the free consult and seemed to really care about our situation. We went to court for a TRO that was placed and she helped us out with that. She is currently helping us on a custody issue, and so far has been great! Sometimes we don't get a reply right away, which is understandable since we are not her only clients, but she does reply within a reasonable amount of time. Does not over charge and works with the fact we never hired a lawyer before and is very understandable. We believe she is fighting for us!
