Luke handled all aspects of the corporate formation in a professional and timely manner. All our questions and concerns were answered clearly and concisely. I would recommend Luke to anyone looking for honest help and guidance with legal issues.

We recently created a family trust and need to re-title an out-of-state condo. After contacting two lawyers in that state, we were discouraged. One was not interested in such a simple transaction. The other quoted an exorbitant fee. Mr. Korkowski was then recommended by a mutual acquaintance. Working with him was a pleasure from start to finish. He responded quickly, gave precise and clear directions, was very efficient and timely, and accomplished our goal quickly. We highly recommend him! I hired Luke to help write a custom lease for our rental home in Hawaii. With a hot rental market and changing real estate laws in the last few years, it was important that we had the most up-to-date document possible. Luke initially helped us navigate the precarious waters of a business buyout and loan agreement – having to work with a poorly defined operating agreement. He helped set needed boundary lines with a hostile partner and presented us with a solid set of documents on which we were able to execute with outstanding results. He also helped us with our estate papers, making the process of end-of-life documents easy and clear to understand. Luke is a no BS professional who makes the complicated concise and understandable without being condescending.

Luke Korkowski's work on a contract negotiation for my company was swift and effective. His very proactive approach landed us in a favorable situation and he made completely clear the status of the negotiation, our options, and potential issues along the way. Very satisfied with this experience as well as our previous experience with him on our standard contracts.

Luke tried to help us with a mortgage modification. He did everything within his power to make it happen, but unfortunately we simply did not qualify. He could have easily walked away at that point, but instead he spent more time helping us review our finances to help us achieve the same goal in a different way. Luke diligently and efficiently prepared the Attorney's Opinion for our Boundary Line Adjustment petition. He is easy to talk with and provides sound judgement.

Mr. Korkowski rewrote the Declarations for our homeowner's association. He offered a fixed rate for the work, allowing unlimited communication via phone and email as part of that fixed rate. His condensed recap of the work done was ideal...specific but brief enough that busy board members could easily absorb it. At our request, he also reviewed the bylaws for a very reasonable fee.

Luke helped me not only with legal advice, documents, and contracts for my small business, but he also worked with me to create a long term strategy for my business through his small business consulting program. He was super helpful in working with me to think through the big picture, create a plan, and then execute it. It was a great fit, because not only could he help me with the plan (consulting), but he had the expertise to draw up legal documents (lawyer) to finalize the deal. His flat rate approach to small businesses is truly innovative, and after experiencing it firsthand, highly recommend it to anyone with a small business. He is knowledgable, dedicated, and truly helpful.

We consulted with Luke concerning our contracts used in our business. During the course of revising and strengthening our contracts Luke devised a plan for our company to use electronic signatures and a whole new way to do business with our clients. The process is approximately 15 times faster than what we were doing and a much cleaner look to our clients. All in all, we owe Luke a debt of gratitude for what he is done. In a world where attorneys just look for billable hours, Luke is different, he is looking for ways to save the client money!
