He did respond to emails and phone calls. Failed to listen. Held his own bias and incorrect conclusions on client and family. Said some things that were utterly repungent and very ignorant. Clearly would rather act as a judge instead of a lawyer. I'd never let him represent but if you end up with him know you get what you pay for.
