My name is Angel Owens I am a former client of Jay. In 2008 I filed suit against the City of Phila for an illegal search of my home, violation of protocol, false DHS reporting and harassment and questioning of my children who were all under 18. Jay handled my case quickly and showed great compassion. I was victorious in my case and received settlement. Today i was informed that 2 of the officers involved in my case are now being federally indicted and criminally charged and will receive jail time. Thank you Jay and like you said to me the day before my deposition "These are dirty cops and they will be exposed for their crimes against people like yourself and your family Ms. Owens". Well Justice is serving me twice.
