My wife and I tried to do what we thought would be simple on our own. After a tremendous number of failures and frustration we decided to contact Mr. Scarbo. When you combine his knowledge of law, his humorous way of explaining the legality of issues, his insistence to not go on to what needed explaining next unit he was confident we understood everything and how quickly he resolved our issues we were more than satisfied.
