Kevin promptly answered our questions whether by phone, zoom or via email and tried to explain the process as much as possible. He took the time to explain the best way forward given our unique circumstances. We were able file for an adjustment of status and successfully obtain a green card in a reasonable time frame despite being in the midst of the Covid pandemic . Incredible!
