Ms. Hudson recently handled a delicate situation for me with great precision, and expedience. All 9 cases were dismissed in record time. Yes, I said 9 cases! On her website it says Experience, Passion, and “Integrity.” How many lawyers do you know that send you a refund check from your initial retainer? Well, Ms. Hudson sent “me” a check after it was all over. Last year a friend of mine had to retain an attorney for a personal matter. Her attorney billed her over $25,000.00 just for the “research” he needed to do on her case. Wendy Hudson has been an attorney and a Supervisor of all attorneys at the Maui Public Defender’s office since 1999. She knows “exactly” what needs to be done, and how it needs to be handled.
