I met Elizabeth Cuccia at the courthouse. Beware. She lacks aloha, decency and integrity. She intended to trap, scam and destroy a local Hawaiian Family, which happened to be my own family. This was a few years ago, and it took me this long to finally write a review because I have been busy fixing the mess she left behind her. Elizabeth Cuccia asked me to meet her in the court private room before the court trial. I agreed so in the private room she demanded that I drop the 6 months TRO case and sign a divorce paper instead. She was rude, aggressive, loud and intimidating when it was just me and her in that little private room. I didn't understand why she had to yell and be mean and she had no common courtesy to say please, thank you, mam, excuse me, etc. It felt like she had a personal grudge on me, trying to be lesbian up on my face when I just met this lady. So in the end I stood up because I was sitting the whole time she was standing up with all her papers and briefcase in front of me. I finally spoke up and gave her the same treatment. She was offended by my reaction, she didn't even try to change her approach and try for a 2nd negotiation. What a joke. Not a serious attorney. Her case was nonsense. Cuccia was representing to counter and have my husband be a single dad with full custody of our 2 years old daughter, when in fact I filed for joint custody even though I am the main caretaker. I've talked to other attorneys and they told me it's unheard of for a dad to win a full custody case on a baby girl. My husband told me he didn't even want full custody because he knew he didn't have the capability to be a single dad. This case was about a 6 months TRO but Cuccia tried to side track the case by throwing in a single dad custody on a baby girl. Elizabeth Cuccia is unrealistic because she acted too outrageous to make a dollar. It's better to be an honest, hardworking person than to be a desperate scammer. If she is struggling to make a living as an attorney, she can always make money on side jobs. So many honest, hardworking people have more than 1 job. Nothing to be ashamed of working multiple jobs. I recommend listening to the Dave Ramsey show to help straighten out personal finances.

Awful law firm. They misrepresented me, took all my money, and did not do anything to help me. In fact, when it got harder and going to trial, they withdrew from my case. They took $12800 of my monies, and was my lawyer for 3 months.
