Dont go to Loren Tilley if you are looking to do a partition!!! Worst lawyer EVER!! Save the headaches and shop around. Way better attorneys out there!! Stay away from this one!!

Loren Tilley was referred to us from someone we knew who had sold their business. From our first meeting with Loren we felt confident with him. He gave us some different options about how we could sell. Brokers know how to find your buyer, Loren Tilley knows how to make sure you have all your paperwork and contracts done properly to avoid problems in the future. Loren was very timely and available in everything he did. He was always 2 steps ahead of what needed to be done. If something was wrong in a contract given to us, he would find it and correct it. He was very attentive and most importantly listened to our needs and concerns, took them into consideration and gave us realistic expectations. He is self-assured and confident in his work. From the beginning to the end of the sale I had complete trust and confidence in him and his discretion. He made what could have been a stressful event seamless. In the end, everything turned out better than we hoped with all the credit going to Loren. He is a strong lawyer yet easy to relate to as a regular Joe like me.
