Patrick time and time again guided me to take sensible positions in through my divorce, weighing risk versus benefit, and working to de escalate an extremely contentious situation. By taking the sensible approach, there were several times when the judge would very nearly read our position as theirdecision as compared with the opposing counsel who would swing for the fences, and always be turned down. Patrick also takes time to learn the temperament and the case history of the judges in order perform his risk benefit analysis. He worked well with me when my ideas for how to proceed were overly aggressive to weigh them with reasonableness. I'm positive I saved thousands, got a better custody position, and came away paying less spousal support, than if I had representation more like that of my ex.
